7-Up Fruit Ice Cream Topping

Strawberry and raspberry preserves combine with 7-Up and almond extract for a sweet topping.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12-oz. jar strawberry preserves
  • 1 12-oz. jar raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup 7-Up
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Method
 

  1. Mix the preserves with the 7-Up in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir until the preserves are hot and blended. Add in the almond extract. Cool.
  2. Serve over ice cream and desserts.
