With my collection of historical and out of print pastry and baking cookbooks I’ve found some very unique recipes, and recipes that I’ve always wanted to know where they originated from. On pastrysampler.com, I’m now listing new ‘old and lost’ recipes of pastries, bakery items, breads and more.
